WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY SCONES
Preheat oven to 400 and Bake 15-18 min
2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
6 TBS softened butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c. white choc chips
2/3 c dried cranberries
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl, then cut in butter until crumbly. In seperate bowl mix buttermilk, egg, and vanilla, pour into dry ingredients. Mix...batter will be lumpy. Add chips and berries. Drop by mixing spoon full onto greased cookie sheet. Makes 10 scones. Do not overbake. ENJOY.
