Jesus Christ is the head of the church and we are the body of the church. Jesus established the church while on earth and before He assended into heaven He gave the Great Commission for all who believe in Him to nuture and grow the church.
Here are earthly establishments that have formed because Jesus came:
~Hospitals- before hospitals became a business,this is where people brought the sick and lame.
~Universities- higher learning was established for Christian education.
~Government- the governement is upon the shoulders of the Lord Jesus Christ. Women used to be considered a little higher than a slave, but because Jesus came women are able to vote and hold public office.
~Care facilities- nursing homes, pregnancy centers, rehab centers, hospice care, homeless shelters, counseling centers, and Good Samaritan organizations.
~Commercialism- job formation. Some of which are authors, publishers, printing companies, and retail stores.

The Problem With Dollars and No Sense
People are scared during our economic crisis. They wonder if they will have a job tomorrow, if their 401 K plan will cease to exist, if they can send their children to college, and put food on the table. Here are some financial mistakes to avoid and suggestions how to save money in a no nonsense way. Think of this as a life long mind set of money.
~ Do not fail to give to others even when your wallet is tight. Give and you will receive.
~Do not be controlled with greed by gouging others through raising your prices to high.
~ Don't cosign loans for others.
~Don't receive bribes.
~Do not forget the poor.
~Save money by cutting corners.
~Don't borrow money.
~ Avoid the get rich quick schemes.
Here are some no nonsense ways to save money:
~Pay cash for everything. Most people spend 18% more when using a credit card.
~Toss out your catalogs and stop impulsive buying. No peeking on the internet either.
~Go to a bank that gives free checking.
~Clean it yourself...house, cars, clothing ect.
~Bank any raise or bonus you earn.
~Never pay full price. Shop ahead when there's a good sale. Only buy what you use.
~Look for buy one get one free.

Caramel Chex Mix Recipe
1 box honey chex cereal
1 box bran chex cereal
1 box corn chex cereal
1 bag fritos
2 cups cashews
2 cups almonds
2 cups peanuts
4 cups brown sugar
2 cups butter
1 cup corn syrup
Mix sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a sauce pan. Heat to melt the butter while stirring. Bring to boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. In 2 large roasting pans put cereal and nut mixture. Pour a few ladels of carmel mixture over cereal mixture, mix well, then repeat until the cereal is well coated with caramel. Heat oven to 350, bake for 8 minutes, stir mixture, then bake 10 minutes. Pour out onto wax paper to cool. Break apart and store in a large tin. ENJOY.
